Before I became religious I used to think that religious people who said things like "I feel sorry for the people without the Lord because they're so lost" were just being pretentious but now I realize that they were just being fully honest.
I don't want people to get religion so they conform & be like me in any way.
I want people to get religion so that they lose the darkness, because it reflects out into the world. I don't want people to pretend to be the same. I want people to accept their differences as divine.
When I say that the darkness reflects out into the world, what I mean is that the godless mentality affects every action in a person's life. I know this as I once was a skeptic who played with darkness as if it was meaningless.
When you have no regard for the holy, you have no regard for the unholy, as both represent two halves of a spiritual diametric. Those who completely dismiss the spiritual, have no accurate gauge to fully register when they see evil, and thus, are vulnerable to it.
Yes people of an atheistic view can have ethics and discern major rights from wrongs. However, ignorance of the spiritual aspect leaves them open to overlook lesser evils they can see but do not recognize.
It could be something as simple as brandishing a cultic symbol. The godless will find this either meaningless or an affirmation of their rebellion but they are spiritually tying themselves in with any wickedness associated with that Cultic belief.
Or it could be something like not "judging" a drug addicted friend who actually needs help & clarity rather than enabling. Torah tells us it's a sin to put a stumbling block before the Blind & if you don't understand this you may not take into consideration their blindness.
It's not to suggest that all godless people are stupid. Many have high IQs. The problem is they are ignorant of the basic understanding of religious teachings.
Regardless of if you actually believe that G0D is incorporeal, you have to admit that within the sinews of every believer & the works that they do on this earth, G0D is in fact very REAL and present in the world, lest you prefer to be in denial of your surroundings.
The godless person who seethes at the religious person that "There is no G0D !" looks like a fool because one can easily look around and see the evidence of G0D's followers in every town, whether you yourself are religious or not.
One problem is that the godless person does not see or understand that they look like a fool to others, which can put them in precarious situations & can potentially cause harm to themselves or others. Another problem is they make themselves targets for the actual demonolaters.
For every "edgy" satanic atheist 20something, there's a serious person working with real demonic forces utilizing their negative energy. This is why you so often see Satanic references in crime cults: Not authentic devotion, but to attract & control vulnerable underlings.
Case in point: Pazuzu Alagarad. Pearl clutching Church of Satan people will say that this guy is not a real Satanist & he's just crazy. But yet they are unknowingly engaging with the exact same forces as he.

Why associate yourself with the same names & symbology as people like this? Any thinking person would avoid such an association but satanists have blinders on, like most culty types. They make satanism look cool to kids who end up gravitating towards guys like Pazuzu.
They lament all day long about how their books say to not rape or murder, foolishly assuming that very many people are reading or following their books.
Most people gravitating towards satanism do so because they feel rejected by Society or reject Society themselves.
Many are vulnerable & abused people, often with mental illness or addiction issues, who should be led towards light & redemption, not darkness & degeneracy.
Many of these vulnerable abused people are not successful & don't have money to join elite networks like the Church of Satan, where they push everything to the edge just before illegality, so they end up getting high and raped by some demonolater.
Obviously the case of Pazuzu is not something that happens every day but it is an indicator of what dabbling in the darkness can lead to.
