My reaction....
Well written and thoughtful, as is typical of Bobby.
Too bad the DNC will treat this “open letter” like unwanted spam and immediately send it to the trash bin upon reading the name of the sender without a second glance.
I wish I was running the Kennedy campaign. He is the best candidate and would most likely go all the way to the White House, but I'm not. I hope he can do it despite his campaign issues, but I'm not overly optimistic.
They just have sunshine Bobby waxing poetic like a guru sitting on a rock and a huge dark canopy of sabotage around him, preventing all the light from getting out to the people by giving bad advice and essentially pissing on integral promotional concepts such as SEO and even Social Media visibility.
When you already have the algorithm working against you, you can't afford major mistakes like forgetting to make live streams publicly viewable or deleting tweets about Roger Waters because nobody advised him about Roger’s BDS activism or only being shown the original viral Oliver Anthony clip without knowing that the full song has lines that punch down at “obese” people “on welfare” who eat “fudge rounds”.
You can't blame the DNC for everything holding his campaign back.
Even this letter was a waste of a day's news cycle. He already wrote an entire book that's basically an extended form of this plus COVID criticism called “A Letter to Liberals”. They didn't read that then. They're not going to read this now.
He could have spent the day sending email blasts about the military industrial complex involvement in Morocco leading up to the earthquake or the Ukraine English language spokesperson saying they're going to hunt down “Russian propagandists” worldwide including the USA, but instead I'm reading this beautiful but utterly useless prose in my email and Substack updates.
Bobby needs to fire whoever is advising him.
