Chatting with a pretty red pilled friend of mine and found out he didn't know about Biden's brother's Island property right near Epstein Island. So maybe a lot of people don't know about this? Here you go, ICYMI. 🧵
It's called Water Island:
Biden's brother owned land then sold it to a friend of Biden, then rented a place on it:

See: “Lobbyist bought tropical land from Biden’s brother”: https://www.politico.com/news/2020/01/28/james-biden-lobbyist-virgin-islands-099318
Scott Green, a lobbyist with close ties to Joe Biden, purchased Virgin Islands property from James Biden and then extended him a private mortgage.
Here are the coordinates to little Saint James AKA Epstein Island (shown inside the red line in the map) so you can see with yourself how close they are:

Water Island interestingly has an area known as "Revenge Beach".
When getting the links for this post, I came across this article showing that Biden was just in the Virgin Islands last month, possibly unrelated but still interesting:

Anyway, here is the man who Biden's brother sold it to, and is currently renting from: Scott Green, U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee staff member (1985–90) who became 2010 Super Bowl referee.

Nah, sportsball isn't part of a government program or anything.
Prior to his NFL career, from 1985 to 1990 Green was a Judiciary Committee staff person under then-Senator JOE BIDEN.
To clarify, Green owns a section of Water island, not the entire Island.
His land deal with James Biden raised some eyebrows:
See: “James Biden’s Land Deal With A Lobbyist In The Virgin Islands”: “A deal between Joe Biden’s brother and a lobbyist close to the former vice president is under the microscope.”: https://therealdeal.com/new-york/2020/02/02/a-land-deal-between-joe-bidens-brother-and-a-favored-lobbyist-is-raising-eyebrows/
The press tried to obfuscate and confuse the public by putting out counter signal articles saying that Joe Biden does not own property in the Virgin Islands.
Gaslight. So?
No one ever thought Joe owned it, but we know that James is his brother.

Here's another article from left-leaning Snopes gaslighting the public as if we were confusing James for Joe:
“Does Joe Biden Own an Island in the Caribbean?”: https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/joe-biden-island/
They are counting on lazy readers who only look at the title and the conclusion of the article to skip all of the details.
Here's a good blog post by the American Tribune discussing this cover-up, highlighting the fact that the pedo references may be red herrings to cover other corruption:
Essentially, if you make a loaded accusation about something extreme like pedophilia but cannot prove it, it will make you appear less credible and discourage investigation into the real corrupt activities that are actually going on.
In fact the pedo stuff may be completely fabricated for Epstein (CIA asset) too, only to be used to discredit real info about the powers that be. If you accuse on something extreme & then scale back to seemingly lesser corruption, you appear to be reaching with confirmation bias.
Thus, I don't make any direct accusations but I will point out when I notice something just doesn't seem right like in this case.
